Lindsay Lohan wraps up warm in trench coat and leather knee-high boots as she heads home after swanky dinner date

She loves London life and had said she would settle there permanently if she could.

And Lindsay Lohan was in great spirits as she stepped out on Monday having spent her evening at the exclusive C restaurant in Mayfair.

The 29-year-old actress even blew a kiss to the camera as she left the swanky Italian eatery in the city centre.

Lindsay was well prepared for the cool autumn climes and wrapped up warm in a black trench coat which she wore over a black and white plaid shirt, leggings and knee-high leather boots.

She wore her soft auburn tresses sleeked back off her face in an updo and kept her make-up simple with a hint of winged eyeliner and a bold red lip.

She appeared to be on good form as she headed down the street with her hands in her pockets, lapping up the attention she was getting from the photographer.

Her civilised evening out comes after she enjoyed a raucous one at the newly-opened Drama nightclub on Park Lane at the weekend.

After her night out, once she was back home and tucked up in bed, Lindsay shared a photo of herself partying with her friends inside the club on Instagram.

In the image Lindsay looks as though she is having the time of her life as she flashes a huge gleaming smile while wedged between two pals.

And it looks as though she had worked up quite a sweat with her hair looking dank and unkempt beneath her black baseball cap.

She captioned the image: 'God bless good friends and family and now happy to be sleeping in my bed, kinda- I could dance all night as a workout'

Later on in the day she shared a photo of herself posing in waist-trainer and took the opportunity to tell her followers to be confident in their own skin.

Alongside the snap, she wrote: 'I love my waist just the way it is. Love yourself and be kind and you shall succeed no matter what. Be Strong inside (in everyday/ man or woman lol).'
