He's always had a unique flair for fashion.

And EJ Johnson again made his own styles rules as he stepped out in a fringed leather skirt while partying with friends at 1Oak in Manhattan on Sunday.

The Rich Kids of Beverly Hills star wore a fringed skirt belt and over-the-knee stockings, before changing into a see-through top that showed off his incredible 180lbs weight loss.

The son of basketball legend Magic Johnson estimates he has lost 180 pounds since undergoing gastric bypass surgery last summer.

Making the most of his new trim physique, fashion-forward EJ tucked a fitted tank top into his leather skirt-and-belt combo.

He threw an edgy motorcycle jacket over his shoulders to ward off any late-night chill.

The 6'3'' reality star wore over-the-knee sheer black stockings and dark ankle boots, and accessorized with a white clutch and a white choker necklace.

We've said it a million times, the freewheelin 1970's are in! And while EJ opted for a decidedly more edgy look, he definitely found a way to add the statement finish of the season-- (fringe) to his all black, leather upon leather ensemble.

At first glance we thought EJ's belt was a skirt, but that might be the magic in this ribbony accessory- it gives the illusion of a skirt with the versatile ability to pair it with different ensembles.

The outgoing reality personality also removed the fringed skirt, revealing high-waisted leather hot pants underneath.

His daring sheer top had a black collar and white circular patterns, but left little to the imagination.

The colorful fashion icon appeared a little worse for wear, stepping out into the street clutching his phone and a bottle of water as his blonde friend tried to reel him in.

Openly gay EJ boasted on the third season of Rich Kids how his new physique has boosted his confidence in the dating game, proudly proclaiming: 'I'm a new b**ch.'

The flamboyant fashionista strutted his stuff as he walked down the street, passing by Artichoke Pizza. However, thanks to his new healthy lifestyle he no doubt avoided that particular temptation.

Earlier this week, he told Page Six that his new body had given him a whole new lease on life, and that he sticks to a careful healthy diet and exercise regime.

'It’s a totally new mindset - I’m completely dedicated to living a new, healthy lifestyle,' he explained.

He was spotted front row at the Betsey Johnson show - again wearing his black stockings - on Friday.
