Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have been photographed together for the first time since news of their split last month.

The duo emerged on Saturday to take their young sons to breakfast in the Toluca Lake neighbourhood of Los Angeles looking relaxed in each other's company.

Megan, 29, opted not to wear her wedding band but appeared in good spirits, while Brian, 42, still displayed the significant piece of jewelry.

Megan Fox joins Kylie Jenner in her love for activewear. Out on a stroll with Brian Austin Green and her two children, the star rocked these colorblocked leggings that showed off her stellar bod.

The couple - who are seeking joint physical and legal custody of their children - shared parenting duties over three-year-old Noah and 19-month-old Bodhi as they left Le Pain Quotidien.

While Megan's brunette locks looked perfectly coiffed in soft curls, she wore a sporty ensemble featuring patterned leggings and a plain T-shirt.

Brian kept it low-key in a blue T-shirt and cropped sweatpants.

It's not the first time the former Beverly Hills 90210 star has been seen with his wedding ring still in place.

The actor has been pictured wearing it on several occasions while running errands in LA, in the weeks following news that Megan had filed for divorce last month.

But the Transformers actress appeared to have done away with hers as soon as news broke of the impending divorce - the star was first spotted without the ring on August 26 - five days after the split was made public.

Megan cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for filing her divorce petition last month.

Sources said at the time of the split news that the duo had separated six months prior and had been fighting about Megan's career and her 'obsession with getting roles'.

However, Megan stated June 15 as the official separation date on court documents.

Sources have suggested that the pair are still living under the same roof.

TMZ has also reported that Brian is likely to get spousal support from the actress as he suffers from vertigo - caused by a serious car accident he was involved in with Megan last year - which affects his ability to work.

The actors began a relationship in 2004 after meeting on the set of Hope & Faith and wed in 2010.
