She never fails to make a big impression in the style stakes when she hits the red carpet.
And Cyndi Lauper appeared to have pulled-out all the stops for the West End press night of the Kinky Boots musical, in London, on Tuesday.
The 62-year-old '80s icon - who scored the musical adaptation of the film - opted for a retro vibe, as she donned an off-the-shoulder red number for the event at the city's Adelphi Theatre.

Donning a knee-length silk dress in red, the Time After Time hit-maker showcased her trim physique, whilst she also flashed a hint of cleavage thanks to its low-cut neckline.
Teaming the colourful halter-neck/off-the-shoulder garment with a pair of lace and black leather stilettos, the Grammy Award-winning singer conjured up a modern yet thoroughly retro image.
Adding an edgy vibe to her glamorous ensemble, Cyndi donned a pair of black leather, fingerless gauntlets.

Harking back to her New Romantic's hey-day, the singer showcased a coiffed and styled pink haircut, while she complemented this with a flash of pink lipstick.
Cyndi, who won a Tony for the musical scoring after its Broadway debut in 2013, accessorized her outfit with a metallic black blazer slung over one arm and a plethora of chunky necklaces and rings.
Paying homage to the show's West End homecoming, the Girls Just Wanna Have Fun chart-topper carried a boxy Union Jack clutch.

Kinky Boots the musical was adapted by Harvey Fierstein for Broadway in 2013 from the 2005 Brit comedy of the same name, starring 12 Year's A Slave's, Chiwetel Ejiofor.
With Cyindi at the helm of the musical's score, the Broadway adaption became a hit in the US - and has been one of the autumn's most anticipated West End releases.
Joining Cyndi at the musical's press night were the likes of Arlene Phillips, former Emmerdale actress Verity Rushworth, Jill Halfpenny, and Sir Phillip Green and his daughter Chloe.

One of her leading men: Killian Donnelly, who plays shoe factory owner Charlie Price, hugged a delighted Cyndi as the cast invited her on-stage for a bow
