Tom Cruise is rumored to have put the Beverly Hills home he bought with third wife Katie Holmes on the market and he's hoping for a whopping $20 million profit if he finds a buyer.

Variety reported Tuesday that the Hollywood star, who's 53 has quietly let it be known that his palatial estate in an exclusive neighborhood is available at an asking price of about $50 million.

The Top Gun legend and his Dawson's Creek ex shelled out just $30.5 million for the property in April 2007, according to Variety.

The main residence of 10,000 square feet has multiple wings and the heavily fortified property also has two guest houses.

It boasts a swimming pool, lighted tennis court, large fountain in the front motor court and a children's playground.

In November, 2014, he listed his nearly 300-acre ranch in Telluride, Colorado, for sale at $59 million.

In March, a European-style estate on 2.75 acres in the Hollywood Hills was put on the market at just under $13 million though the asking price has since been reduced by $1 million to $11,995,000.

In 2013, Cruise sold his New York City condo in the American Felt building for $3 million.

Cruise, who was previously married to actresses Mimi Rogers and Nicole Kidman, wed Holmes in a lavish ceremony in Italy in 2006.

It followed whirlwind romance in which the couple earned the sobriquet TomKat.

In June, 2012, the actress, mother to daughter Suri, filed for divorce in a move that apparently blindsided the Mission: Impossible megastar.

The divorce was finalized within two months.

The actor and producer is estimated to be worth $470 million, according to the Celebrity Net Worth website.
