She reigns supreme as one of Hollywood's most beautiful women.

So it's only natural that Sharon Stone couldn't get enough of her look on Tuesday evening, taking a stream of selfies as she wandered along the cobbled streets of Florence, Italy after dining out with friends.

The 57-year-old Basic Instinct actress was spotted admiring her own image on her cameraphone as she posed for pictures in the beautiful city.

Sharon looked sensational in a low-cut black blouse and a loose, knee-length skirt as she joined a group of friends for a meal.

The timeless beauty accessorised with layered gold necklaces and a pair of patent leather ankle boots, and was carrying a gold clutch bag under one arm.

She wore her platinum blonde bob slicked back from her face and opted for barely-there make-up, with a natural base and pale pink lipstick enhancing her features.

At one point during her nocturnal outing, Sharon received a phone call and chatted animatedly down the line.

The star is making the most of her trip to Florence, taking in all the sights and catching up with friends following a charity gala on Sunday evening.

She turned heads at the Celebrity Fight Night gala at Palazzo Vecchio during 2015 Celebrity Fight Night, where she mingled with the likes of singer Andrea Bocelli and veteran TV host Larry King.

The Hollywood star also met with Somali activist Dr. Hawa Abdi during the course of her visit, and was presented with the Peace Building Award.

Sharon recently explained why she prefers fillers over plastic surgery to keep herself looking youthful.

The actress, who is a spokesperson for the filler Restylane, admitted she uses them in part after a 2001 stroke left her face damaged.

Stone - who is mother to three adopted sons - told Harper's Bazaar: 'It's so common now for people to use fillers, it's almost like a beauty treatment.

'It's like you have mascara and a filler. And it's a far better alternative than having your face cut apart and ending up looking like you got sucked into a wind tunnel.'
