Khloé Kardashian admits still feels 'fat or frumpy' sometimes.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has slowly lost 35 pounds over the past two years, but admits she feels under more pressure to look perfect after receiving praise for her trim figure.

The 31-year-old reality star looked in great shape as she attended brother-in-law Kanye West's New York Fashion Week show on Wednesday in a sheer bodysuit and tight jeans.

The former X Factor host swapped into a sporty Adidas catsuit and gladiator heels after the show.

In a post on her newly launched website and app, the 31-year-old beauty opened up about showing off her weight lost in a sexy photo-shoot in the August/September issue of Complex magazine.

She wrote: 'Honestly, sometimes I feel a lot of pressure to keep the body I've worked so hard to achieve.

'Despite all my hard work in the gym, even now I have days where I might be feeling fat or frumpy (I think all women have these feelings). I think people will immediately compare me to my Complex cover and start judging me again.

While Khloé loves her new svelte body, she insists she has always been happy with her appearance.

She added: 'For a long time, I had insecurities about the way I looked physically. Sadly those insecurities were given to me by others. I personally felt I was beautiful 'bigger.'

'I work out to look a certain way and feel a certain way but I do it for myself. I did it on MY terms. It's for my self esteem and I feel so confident and proud of my achievements right now.'
