She has relied on his handiwork for years, hiring him to work on some of her biggest shoots.

So it was no wonder Katie Price pulled out all the stops when she headed to the launch of pal Gary Cockerill's make-up book on Tuesday night.

The former glamour model-turned-mogul, 37, certainly brought the glamour to the star-studded event in London.

Showing off her tanned and slim legs in a pair of sparkly heels, she added her own eclectic twist to the ensemble with a pair of leather shoe boots.

The reality star - looking perfectly coiffed with long straight honey blonde hair - arrived on the arm of her hunky former stripper husband, Kieran Hayler.

The pair looked loved up as they headed into the party, staring into each other's eyes as they posed on the red carpet.

The mum-of-five was greeted by the man of the hour, Gary, and his husband Phil Turner, who she acted as bridesmaid for at their 2009 wedding.

The big night at Alon Zakaim Gallery was to celebrate the make-up artist's new book, Simply Glamourous, which reveals the secret of maintaining an A-list look.

Speaking about his tricks of the trade, Gary explains: ‘My years of experience have taught me that make-up can be really powerful.
