Nicky Hilton takes a break from fashion week mania to hit the streets of New York and appreciate a different kind of art

Nicky Hilton Rothschild was spotted appreciating street art in the downtown Manhattan East Village neighborhood on Wednesday.

In a short green hued dress and nude heels the heiress admired Joey Ramone's painting, lead vocalist of former rock band the Ramones.

The 31-year-old New York native completed her ensemble with a black handbag and over-sized sunglasses.

With New York Fashion Week in full swing, the blonde beauty has been spotted front row at several of the most prominent Spring 2016 runway shows this season.

Diane Von Furstenberg, Dennis Basso, Michael Costello, Alice + Olivia and Jeremy Scott are just a few of the designers whose fashion shows were presented to the younger Hilton sister this week.

Although she wasn't seen attending a high fashion couture collection, the model and mogul still looked like she stepped step off the runway.

Stand out in a striped Ronny Kobo dress like Nicky

Fashion Week may be over, but Nicky Hilton was still dressed to the nines as she enjoyed a stroll through NYC's East Village. The newlywed sported a bodycon dress by Ronny Kobo.

We were instantly intrigued when we spotted this striped creation reminiscent of Missoni's signature zig zag motif. The figure hugging silhouette highlighted the socialite's slim physique especially when worn with a pair of platform nude heels.

In addition to a busy NYFW schedule the mogul has launched her own bag line this month and discussed her inspiration behind her collection with Bella New York.

'As I got older with my design process, I wanted pieces to be in my wardrobe for years to come,' she said. 'I tried to stick with timeless shapes in classic colors.'

Hilton continued, 'In this collection, we did a lot of black and leopard with interesting shapes named after my favorite hotels. There’s the Waldorf cross-body, the Gallery fast pack, and the Mercer tote, among others.'

This past July the hotel heiress wed England-based banker James Rothschild at London's Kensington Palace.

The two became engaged during a romantic outing on Italy's Lake Como and married earlier this summer.

Hilton described to Bella New York how she and Rothschild first met, 'We met the old fashioned way – at a wedding – which I thought was sweet,' Hilton gushed.

'He just came up to me and approached me after the reception. I was living in LA at the time, and he was in London – it was very long distance.'

However that didn't stop the pair from dating Hilton explained, 'We really enjoyed each other and just made it work.'

Hilton wore a long-sleeved, ivory and silver Valentino Haute Couture gown embellished with crystals.

Paris Hilton, 34, told People that she's delighted her little sister had found the love of her life.

'They're just perfect for each other. They're best friends,' Paris said of the couple.  'They're so loyal and they're so in love. They're the ultimate couple. They're like a prince and princess.'

'I think it's important to find someone you trust and love and spent the rest of your life,' she added. 'I think that's the meaning of life: to get married and have a family.'
