The woman says she was thrown off Brown's tour bus because she refused to give up her phone.

In her assault claim, the woman says she was physically tossed off the bus, and that her cell phone was broken in the scuffle.

Police told TMZ she has filed a third degree assault claim, and that they want to interview Brown and his group as 'persons of interest' in the case.

It's the latest legal troubles for the R&B singer.

Last week, he was in back court in Texas, in a custody and child support matter related to his one-year-old daughter Royalty.

The judge ruled in favor of Brown's demands, granting him joint custody and setting child support payment's to the girls' mother Nia Guzman at $2,500 a month.

However, Guzman insisted on drug tests, which Brown submitted to on the spot. He is currently awaiting the results, which could impact his custody claim.

The singer also recently announced December tour days for his One Nite Only tour in Australia and New Zealand.

But it is unclear if he will be able to enter New Zealand because of his troubled past.

Under New Zealand immigration laws, anyone with previous convictions must apply for a special exemption to visit.

Brown spent 108 days in jail after he was kicked out of rehab, which was a probation violation related to his conviction over the Rihanna assault. He was released in June, 2014.
