Lydia was hard to miss in her bold white and black outfit, which she wore buttoned up to the neck for a sophisticated touch.

The blonde beauty dressed up her look with a pair of black patent stilettos and painted her nails a bright red colour.

Lydia faced off against journalist Alley Einstein on the sofa as the ladies got into a heated debate about affairs of the heart.

While Lydia, who recently took back her teenage sweetheart James 'Arg' Argent for the fifth time, argued that getting back together with an ex can be a good idea, Alley insisted it will never work.

The women were joined by This Morning's resident agony aunt Denise on the sofa to offer advice for women looking to get back with a former partner.

Fans of The Only Way Is Essex saw Arg and Lydia reunite earlier this year after the cheeky chappie ditched his party lifestyle and convinced Lydia he was serious about her.

Although it hasn't always been smooth sailing, the lovebirds are happier than ever and frequently talk about marriage.

Discussing a potential proposal, Lydia told Now magazine:' I’m not really interested in having a £30,000 ring – I’d be happy with a £100 one.

'I’m not really into diamonds since I watched the film Blood Diamond! I’d like my wedding to be quite big, but I’m not really into a massive ring.'
