Bachelor in paradise indeed! Bikini-clad Catherine Lowe shows off her paddle boarding skills with hunky husband Sean in Hawaii

They may have been married for almost two years but these two are already indulging in their second honeymoon by the looks of it.

Sean and Catherine Lowe are treating themselves to a little romantic getaway in tropical Hawaii.

The Bachelor couple were spotted on Friday adding some exercise into their vacation rest and relaxation, hitting a beach in Maui for some paddle boarding action.

While most people would probably be happier kicking back on the sand with a Mai Tai, the fit pair - as their in-shape bodies showed - could not help but add a workout into their vacation.

Roping in a fellow beachgoer to take a picture of them, at first it looked like pint sized Catherine may struggle with the giant paddle board.

But as soon as the 29-year-old got into the water, she quickly showed some paddling skill and great balance.

The reality star also looked pretty good out on the ocean too, showing off her fit physique in a mismatched red and black bikini.

At one point the brunette beauty was even able to take a little break and stand completely upright with ease, showing she was quit the natural. 

The same cannot be said for her former Bachelor beau, who appeared to be struggling a little more than his wife.

At one point, the star looked as though he might topple as he tried to keep up with Catherine.

Obviously not feeling like a sudden swim, Sean decided it best to lay down on the board and sun himself instead.

Usually Sean is obviously quite the sportsman with the 31-year-old sporting some impressive muscles.

The Texan showed off his six pack in a pair of very appropriate red and floral Hawaiian print shorts.

While he may have looked far more steady when paddling back into the beach, his wife told her fans that Sean was feeling like he was assimilated to island life.

Posting the snap shot of them with their board on her Instagram, she wrote: 'Paddle boarding, just as our ancestors did. (Sean thinks he's an islander and won't stop calling people "brudda").'

The couple are currently staying at the Four Seasons, which is more than just a hotel to them.

When the pair - who met on the Bachelor the previous year - got married in January, 2014 and they tied the knot at the Four Seasons Resort's Biltmore hotel in Santa Barbara, California.
