'That's not a real profession. They want to be doctors': What Michelle Collins allegedly said AFTER The View apologized for mocking Miss America nurse - as three MORE companies pull ads

Michelle Collins said nurses aren't 'a real profession' AFTER The View apologized

Michelle Collins of The View (right) reportedly joked about nurses backstage at the show on Wednesday even after apologizing on air to the Miss America contestant who was mocked by the ladies after she wore her scrubs and a stethoscope on stage during last weekend's competition. Kelley Johnson (center at work, inset at Miss America pageant) of Colorado delivered a monologue about being a nurse on Sunday, and the next day on The View hosts Joy Behar and Michelle Collins - who claim they did not know Johnson was a nurse - made fun of her speech and outfit. The program has since lost five major advertisers - Johnson & Johnson, Eggland's Best, Party City, Snuggle and McCormick - and is now facing another possible battle after claims made by guest host Nicole Arbour (left). Arbour, who appeared on the show Wednesday when the women apologized, claims that Collins said of nurses when the show was not on the air; 'Yeah, that's not a real profession. They want to be doctors.' A spokesperson for the show called Arbour's claims 'completely false.'

EXCLUSIVE: Mom of four-year-old girl who was thrown off a California cliff to her death by her FATHER finally confronts her monster ex-husband in court - and opens up about her 15-year ordeal

Mom of four-year-old girl who was thrown off a California cliff to her death by her FATHER

Cameron Brown was sentenced to life without parole today for first degree murder of his daughter Lauren Key. He threw her off a 120ft cliff because, it was argued, the former baggage handler didn't want to pay her mother $1,000 a month in child support. Lauren's mother, Sarah Key-Marer, broke down in tears as she told the court 'We are all so broken without her. Mr Brown - you will never take her memory from us,' she said directly to the murderer. She tells Daily Mail Online how she has coped with the pain of the past 15-year nightmare in an exclusive interview. 'I had such a bad feeling,' says Sarah of the day Brown had visitation. Brown always denied killing his daughter - but after three trials he was finally found guilty of the callous murder in May.

The 'Tesla of planes' has arrived: Futuristic Icon A5 seaplane reaches 110mph, and can be flown by almost anyone (as long as you have $197,000)

This past Tuesday a plane went down in New York?s Hudson River.
The cops were called. Firefighters and emergency medical technicians arrived on the scene.
But instead of a frantic group of passengers floating in a downed Airbus A320, like 2009?s Sully Sullenberger ?Miracle on the Hudson? moment, officials encountered a delighted group of reporters gathered to test out the Icon A5, a small seaplane that was using the river to take off and land. Everything was going fine, but unknowing onlookers were not used to seeing planes flying so close to the river, so they'd called for help. Firefighters and cops, realizing nothing was amiss, stuck around to admire the spectacle. Indeed, the only potential damage at the event was what the Icon A5 will do to the $219 billion private aviation industry1.
