He has had several stints in rehab while trying to kick the booze addiction.

But Scott Disick seems to be losing the battle to break the habit.

The 32-year-old reality star was spotted stumbling and mumbling as he left celeb-favourite The Nice Guy in the Los Angeles neighbourhood of West Hollywood early Thursday morning.

The television personality, who refers to himself as Lord Disick, looked worse for wear as he walked out of the hotspot while two mystery women waited for him by the car.

He did need assistance leaving the spot as a large man, who appeared to work at the upscale lounge, grabbed onto Scott as he attempted to get the troubled star into his blue pick-up vehicle.

Video of his exit from The Nice Guy showed the father-of-three walking up to the car while looking disoriented and talking incoherently.

Once he gets there a woman is standing in the car doorway (and another one in the backseat) as the driver pulls the seat forward to let someone into the back, then Scott bizarrely begins to walk away from the vehicle as the man has to round him up.

The unnamed man tells Scott: 'No, that ain't us right there. This is you right here with these girls, I don't know these girls.'

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star once again speaks incoherently before asking the man 'what the f*** are you talking about?'

Then he focuses his attention on the mystery woman by the car as he tells her: 'Get in the backseat there, honey.'

Scott finally gets into the front seat of the car and is seemingly upset with the male driver and two female passengers as he turns to talk to them before heading off.

No doubt it was a fun night of partying for the former boyfriend of Kourtney Kardashian as his black button-down was completely undone to show off his low-cut shirt.

Scott has checked into rehab several times with the last time reportedly being at a facility in Florida, where he apparently went in and checked out on the same day.

The wild affair comes a week after an E! News report claiming that Kourtney has no interest in getting back together with her ex, even though they have three children - Mason, Penelope and Reign - together.

'Kourtney still has no interest in getting back with him,' an insider shared with E! News. 

'At the end of the day, he wants to get back together with Kourtney,' a separate source shared with E! News. 'That's his ultimate goal. He wants his family back together.'

And if he's hooking up with new women, it's only because he's 'lonely,' a source added.
