Laughing into the night sky, Prince Harry's former girlfriend Cressida Bonas is seen leaving his 31st birthday celebrations in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Wearing a white button shirt with frilly bow, the newly-single actress shares a laugh and a joke with a pal minutes before her old flame exits the same London pub after a five-hour birthday party.

Just hours after it was revealed that the 26-year-old had split from her actor boyfriend, Cressida joined Harry and friends - including Zara Phillips and husband Mike Tindall - at The Cross Keys pub in Chelsea.

Steal Cressida's style with a studded saddle bag by Chloé

Between the Duchess of Cambridge's fringe and Prince Harry's beard, the Royal family has been causing a frenzy this week.

And we couldn't help but notice Cressida Bonas was a guest at Harry's 31st birthday bash. But never mind the romance rumors - check out her studded ankle boots and matching studded bag!

She's the face of Mulberry, but this time her bag is by Chloé and we love the saddle style, tassel trim and chunky gold metal detail. Take a closer look by clicking the link (right) to Selfridges. But be warned, you might just be tempted to part with $2039...

The clever thing about this little Chloé bag is that there's plenty of room for all your essentials, plus you can wear it either on the shoulder à la Cressy or as a crossbody bag. The tassel trim and woven details will add boho vibes to any ensemble and the leather is buttery soft.

But if your want to get the look for a whole lot less, our edit below is the place to go. Aldo, Asos and One have all got great lookalikes, or check out this cheaper version from Chloé's diffusion line.

She was pictured leaving the bar before reportedly heading back to Kensington Palace for an after party, where the pair where joined by friends including Guy Pelly - over whom's wedding their previous relationship broke down.

After taking part in an official engagement in Sussex during the day, the fifth in line to the throne flew back to London on Tuesday evening by helicopter to spend the evening with close friends to celebrate turning 31.

Harry and Cressida's appearance together will inevitably add to fuel to rumours that the prince is keen to re-kindle his romance with 26-year-old Cress, as she is known to her friends.

A well-placed source told the Mail: 'They were out with a group of friends having a drink to celebrate Harry's 31st. It was also a chance for him to say hello to some of his pals, having spent the summer working in Africa.

'Harry and Cress have always kept in touch and are fond of each other. They aren't together at the moment and although you can never say never.

'Cressida is very fond of him but, well, he didn't quite cut the mustard. The issues that were there when they broke up haven't changed.'

Asked what those issues might be, the friend said: 'I think Harry just expected Cress to keep up with his lifestyle. But she isn't wealthy, she's a hard-working girl who just couldn't do that.

'Her career is going well and she just has other things going on in her life, she's not the type to be at anyone's beck and call.'

Cressida is the youngest daughter of socialite Lady Mary Curzon and Old Harrovian businessman Jeffrey Bonas.

In all, Lady Mary has five children by three of her four husbands, including Isabella, married to Virgin heir Sam Branson, who are all hugely protective of 'Smalley', as Cressida is known in the family.

The photographs are sure to be a blow to another of Harry's former partners, Chelsy Davy.

The 29-year-old recently met up with the Prince while he was on a visit to Africa.

A source told The Sun: 'Obviously it's not going to be nice for Chelsy to see, but she remains on good terms with Harry.

'There are definitely feelings there too but a relationship with Cressida feels much more practical and realistic.'

Harry emerged from the London pub around half-an-hour after his former girlfriend, who he met in 2012 after being introduced by cousin Princess Eugenie.

He was decked out in blue jeans and a white shirt for the informal gathering, and was seen kissing a female friend on the cheek as he left the party.

It's been a week that's saw Prince Harry indulge his passions, if the rumours of his rekindling romance are to be believed.

The Prince was last night photographed mingling with some of the biggest names in rugby at the RFU's official welcoming bash for the 2015 Rugby World Cup.

Prince Harry couldn't resist getting close to the Webb Ellis Cup tonight on the eve of the Rugby World Cup at a welcoming reception in London

Past champions including England hero Lawrence Dallaglio and former Australian scrum-half George Gregan indulged rugby mad Harry at the event in central London's Dunbar Court, where he was seen speaking excitedly ahead of six weeks of hard-hitting competition.

He also got up close to the famous Webb Ellis cup, with the trophy - which England will start chasing tonight in the tournament's opening match against Fiji - taking pride of place at the centre of the night's entertainment.

Harry admitted that he hoped it wouldn't be the last time an Englishman got to stand next to it this summer.

'The man's a legend!' said Gregan - one of the most internationally capped players in the game - of Harry, after the pair joshed about how the six-week tournament will unfold.

'He is as excited as the rest of us and we are all friends until the first game,' the 1999 World Cup winner added.

'He was talking a lot about his recent trip to Australia and how he found it so difficult to acclimatise in Darwin. But he's desperate to come back and we would love to have him come and sink a few beers with us. You just know he would! '

Former New Zealand forward Pat Lam added: 'The thing about rugby is that it's a competitive game and of course you support your national team. But your love of the game itself is bigger than anything.

'It's fantastic to have the tournament here in one country, the UK. There's such an amazing sense of camaraderie.'

Addressing the assembled guests from the international rugby community, Harry expressed his excitement at what will unfold over the next six weeks.

He said: 'As Vice-Patron of the RFU and Honorary President of England 2015 it's my privilege to stand here on the eve of the 8th Rugby World Cup and welcome you all.

'This time tomorrow, I'm excited to say, we will be enjoying the start of six very special weeks of rugby.

'We will see the world's best players compete for the Webb Ellis Cup, here, where the game was born, almost 200 years ago.'

He continued: 'As a passionate rugby fan, I will share in the rollercoaster of emotions with millions of other fans around the world between now and 31st October.

'It is this rollercoaster that makes sport - and especially rugby - so compelling. I have no doubt that all the highs and lows, the drama and tension, will create unforgettable memories.'

Harry also spoke passionately of the legacy he hoped the World Cup would bring, inspiring children of all backgrounds and strengthening communities.

He concluded: 'I know everyone here shares our enthusiasm for this vision and will join us in helping to create a truly positive and inclusive legacy of this World Cup.

'I hope you all enjoy the tournament and while you're here, make the most of what this country has to offer. '

Prime Minister David Cameron was also at the event and confided that when he had invited the legendary former England Captain Martin Johnson to Downing Street earlier in the day, the man mountain had leant back in one of the antique cabinet chairs and 'snapped it in two', prompting roars of laughter from Harry.
