  • Stella McCartney's husband Alasdhair Willis unveiled his Spring/ Summer 16 collection for Hunter today at London Fashion Week

Hunter Original's Creative Director and Mr Stella McCartney, Alasdhair Willis, has certainly cemented his show as one of the season's hottest tickets.

Stella's husband, who gives his wife a run for her money in the style stakes, unveiled his spring/summer 16 collection in front of a starry front row made up of Anna Wintour, Luke Evans and Ella Eyre, to name but a few. 

But it wasn't just his guests that impressed; the style maven unveiled a festival-inspired collection that will no doubt have fashion fans pining for Glastonbury.

Set in super-sized tent, models stormed the mud-splashed runway in the ultimate festival uniform.

If you thought Hunter could only do wellies, today's show will make you think again.

Indeed, Alasdhair's girls donned bombers, camo ponchos and glamorous cougles, which trailed with lace ribbons.

As well as their signature wellies models also took to the runway in a heeled version of the boot

Feather-light jackets were given a feminine edge thanks to clever tailoring, which ruched in all the right places. 

As for the wellies, the humble Hunter was given a high class makeover - and even came with a heel.

Elsewhere, male and female models donned cropped and colourful wellington boots as ticker tape fell from the ceiling in true festival fashion.
