Mon Dieu! Elyse Taylor channels French '60s sex siren Brigitte Bardot for second cover of Cleo magazine’s swimsuit issue
The last time she appeared on Cleo's annual swimsuit issue in 2007, Elyse Taylor embraced her national roots with an Aussie flag-print bikini.
This time, however, the 28-year-old model looked further afield for inspiration.
For the October issue of the magazine, the mother-of-one channeled French sex siren Brigitte Bardot, known for her bold Kohl-lined eyes and dishevelled blonde fringe.
Oh la la! Australian model Elyse Taylor channels French 60s sex symbol Brigitte Bardot for her second cover of Cleo magazine’s annual October swimsuit issue
In the Cleo cover shot, Elyse mimics the iconic 60s actress, while putting a fresh spin on the look.
The Victoria's Secret model's long fringe is parted in the centre with loose waves framing her face.
The Bonds ambassador's glowing skin and nude-coloured lip allow the focus to be drawn to her defined eyes.

Fiery: Elyse wore a cherry red bikini top for the cover - a colour Brigitte was often photographed wearing
Like Brigitte who was often photographed in cherry red, Elyse wears a bikini top in the bold colour.
She is smiling confidently at the camera - one hand playing with her hair, and the other propped against her stomach.
In July, the New York-based star shared two behind-the-scenes snaps of the Winter shoot.
She added the hashtag '#SummerInWinter' to one of the photos showing the star's Ugg boots placed just out of the camera's range.
In the photo, Elyse wears a bustier bikini in the colours of the French flag - red, blue and white.

The Victoria's Secret model credits swimming for helping her maintain her lean figure, even after giving birth
Back in 2007, the blonde beauty, who is married to businessman Seth Campbell with whom she shares daughter Lila Louise, looked the part of a girl-next-door.
Sharing the cover space with Australia's Next Top Model mentor Cheyenne Tozzi, she flaunted her bronzed skin and athletic body in a string bikini.
The first-time mother credits her incredible figure to swimming.
'I find it helps me keep a long lean body,' she told Buro 24/7. 'I also do leg weights and low impact workouts.'
The Bonds ambassador gave birth to her adorable blue-eyed daughter Lila Louise early last year
