Incredibly bizarre CCTV footage catches a DEER smashing through a glass window of a hotel and running wild in the laundry room

This is the bizarre moment a crazed deer came smashing through the window of a hotel before charging up and down the corridors.

The unexpected guest was caught on CCTV at the New Victorian Inns and Suites in York, Nebraska showering the hotel's breakfast room in glass after entering through the closed window.

The footage then shows the frightened animal running into the hotel lobby before heading off into the laundry room.

Guests at the hotel can be seen looking around in shock as the distressed animal attempts to find some refugee in the building.

The animal then makes its way onto a corridor and sprints down the hallway as guests and hotel workers attempt to corner it.

WOWT News reported that the deer was eventually stopped after a guest was able to lock it in the laundry room.

The animal was kept safe inside until law enforcement officers arrived to remove it from the hotel and return it to the wild.

The deer was not injured, despite jumping through a pane glass window, and neither were any guests or hotel works.

The newspaper also reported that hotel owner Don Hoehne remarked that the deer left without paying any damages.
