Vying for a role in Doctor Who? Camilla Kerslake looks pretty in a blue and white mini-dress as she poses against the Tardis after TV appearance

Her boyfriend is currently in the midst of World Cup fever.

But Camilla Kerslake - who is dating rugby player and England captain Chris Robshaw - had other things on her mind on Saturday, as she posed with the Tardis from Doctor Who outside the BBC Studios in Manchester.

The classical singer, 27, larked around outside the prestigious building after appearing on BBC Breakfast earlier in the morning.

She looked to have matched her lovely ensemble to the iconic blue Tardis, too, as she displayed her legs in a white and blue floral print mini-dress with long sleeves.

The singer and rugby WAG teamed her flattering garment with a pair of dainty heels in a matching royal blue shade with a glitzy embellishment on the toe.

She also carried with her a small leather white clutch bag, and her face was made-up with a heavy dose of eyeshadow and a pretty pink shade on her lips.

The blonde beauty's hair, tied up into a chic ponytail, swung happily behind her as she walked outside the building, before positioning herself in front of the bit of TV memorabila.

She almost appeared to be vying for a role in the popular sci-fi series - of which the new season kicks off on Saturday night - after Peter Capaldi's sidekick co-star Jenna Coleman revealed she is leaving her role as his assistant Clara Oswald.

Using it as a photo opportunity to flaunt her lovely legs once again, she posed with her front to the Tardis, looking over her shoulder behind her.

Camilla also managed to grab a photo with the popular programme's most evil of villains, as she posed in-between a couple of Daleks while seemingly doing her best impression of a robot.

She had been on the early morning news programme to discuss her brand new single Come Home and looked fresh-faced and full of bounce despite having been at Twickenham the evening before to watch her man and his teammates take on Fiji in the official Rugby World Cup opening game.

Camilla - who has been dating Robshaw since 2011 - was recently forced to deny that she and fellow rugby WAG Chloe Madeley are embroiled in a feud.

She denied claims that she called the fitness-fanatic girlfriend of sportsman James Haskell a 'low-rent attention seeker'.

While Chloe, who is the daughter of Richard and Judy, refuted the allegations by sharing a selfie of her and Camilla pouting for the cameras hours after the reports surfaced on Wednesday, Camilla also backed her up by laughing off the feud claims.

'At the end of the day in an average year the England boys are away for four, five months, on a World Cup or a Lions year they're away for eight, and if us girls weren't together, if we weren't supporting each other then where would be?' she told Lorraine during a TV appearance earlier this week.

'The team mentality of togetherness feeds from the pitch to the sidelines and we will all be there, supporting our people and we will all be unified,' she added, explaining that as usual she'll be sitting with Chloe in the stands for the World Cup games.

Camilla was reported to have clashed with selfie-mad Chloe, who keeps her Instagram followers entertained with regular fitness updates, during an event at London's O2 last week.

A source told The Sun: 'Camilla is not so popular among the other girls. She seems to feel she is a cut above and that some of the other girlfriends are tacky. Chloe isn't the type to take that lying down.'

Chloe took to social media on Wednesday to categorically deny the claims, telling everyone to focus on supporting the England team instead of pitting the girls against one another.

She wrote, along with a snap of the two of them together: 'This was taken the night the slanging match supposedly took place... I'm just super surprised that a tabloid pitted the classical singer and the half naked selfie taker against each other...whaaat a shocker.'

'So, I have an idea, let's focus on and support the important people shall we tabloids? Hint, they're the big ones in white.'
