And Lea Michele is clearly taking that saying on board as she was seen out exercising with her beau Matthew Paetz on Saturday.

The fit looking twosome were seen enjoying a hike in one of the many canyons around LA.

And Lea's protective man made sure he held onto the brunette's hand as they negotiated the track.

The Glee star, 28, had her hair pulled back off of her face in a high ponytail, and wore a headband for good measure.

She had on a pair of cycling shorts in pale grey teamed with a pair of black trainers and a vest top.

Lea Michele put her vocals to rest and put her body in check while hiking in Los Angeles with her boo thanggg, Matthew Paetz.

The starlet showed off her trim figure in her workout gear that consisted of a black tank and gray shorts along with a pair of adidas sneakers for good measure.

He took charge of the water as the pair enjoyed their exercising stroll.

They looked very at ease in each others company.
