As a guest judge on last season's Australia's Next Top Model, she was required to critique contestants on their model shots.

But if Brisbane-born Alyssa Sutherland was to earn a score herself for her Friday red carpet appearance in Los Angeles, she would have scored a ten out ten.

The 32-year-old model and actress blended the perfect combination of elegance and sex appeal in a one-shoulder blue mini dress.

The alabaster beauty allowed the focus to remain on her outfit as she paired the dress with black open-toed heels and a small glittery clutch.

Parted in the centre, The Devil Wears Prada star's brunette locks were slicked back into a basic ponytail.

Alyssa has played the part of Princess Aslaug on American network The History Channel's hit show, Vikings, since 2013.

The show is nominated for Best Outstanding Special Visual Effects in the 67th Annual Emmy Awards.

The American awards show, which recognises excellence in the television industry and is often called the small screen equivalent of the Academy Awards, will air on Sunday night.

Lady Gaga, Amy Schumer, and Jimmy Kimmel are among the list of celebrity presenters.
