Summer may have officially ended but the celebrities were soaking up some glorious sunshine at a pre-Emmy brunch on Saturday.

NeNe Leakes cut a relaxed figure as she reclined on one of the ornate lounge chairs at the ICM Partner's bash in Santa Monica.

The 47-year-old star looked fresh as a daisy and smiled broadly while flashing a little of her black bra in a fitted white T-shirt.

She teamed it with a leather pencil skirt and pulled her lightened locks into a low ponytail for a sophisticated touch.

The mother-of-two appeared to be sipping on a chilled orange juice as she soaked up the lush garden surroundings.

Also attending the chic shindig was Paula Abdul, 53, who opted for a summery multi-patterned halter maxi dress with purple clutch.

The reality star took to her blog in early July to reveal her new role opposite Betty White: 'When one door closes, another door opens!!!! Your girl is returning to primetime network TV on the new ABC variety series To Tell the Truth with Betty White and Anthony Anderson.'

In To Tell The Truth - a reboot of a 60s game show - three contestants must try to convince NeNe, Betty and a third panelist that they invented something or discovered something.

Two of the contestants are lying and one is telling the truth and the panelists must ask questions to figure it out.
