So Ellie Goulding clearly had no qualms about flaunting the fruits of her labour as she put on an energetic display during a gig in London on Saturday night.

The 28-year-old hitmaker wore a miniscule crop top, with braces and high-waisted trousers as she rocked out at Camden's Roundhouse venue to kick off the Apple Music Festival.

She gave the look a sports luxe feel with tapered trousers, which featured a gym-wear style red stripe along the leg, while being attached to a pair of braces.

The How Long Will I Love You singer toughened up the skimpy ensemble with a pair of heavy work-style boots.

Ellie's accessories were minimal, as she allowed her edgy outfit to speak for itself, although she sported a number of rings on her finger.

There was a great show of support for Ellie as her boyfriend of over a year, Dougie Poynter was in the audience with his McFly bandmate Danny Jones, alongside Millie Mackintosh.

The stunning star was the first act to perform at the newly re-branded Apple Music Festival, which was formerly known as iTunes Fetival since its launch in 2007.

Other superstars set to perform at the ten-day event include One Direction, Take That, Pharrell Williams and Carrie Underwood.

Ellie will no doubt be exhausted, as, on top of performing, she has been doing the rounds of London Fashion Week as the hottest dates in the sartorial calendar kicked off on Thursday.

On Friday night, Ellie was first seen at the official London Fashion Week Party hosted by Vogue UK Editor Alexandra Shulman, the US Ambassador Matthew Barzun and his wife Brooke.

She later headed to the Alexander Wang store opening in Mayfair later in the night.
