Snip, snip, snooze! Tiny toddler struggles to keep his eyes open during first trip to the hairdresser's as he repeatedly falls asleep

  • Little Logan's mom filmed her little boy dropping off into a snooze over and over again while getting his first haircut

Sometimes a trip to the salon can pamper you right into a coma.

And that's just what happened to little toddler Logan, who was getting his very first 'big boy haircut' when his mother couldn't help but film his adorable struggle to stay awake.

The little guy looks just adorable in the video, wearing his over-sized cape bearing a safari-themed print featuring lions, giraffes and elephants, as he nods off over and over again.

'I swear we did not drug our child before coming in here,' says mom off-screen to the hairdresser between fits of giggles.

Not the music in the salon, nor his mother's constant laughter is enough to keep Logan's wits about him, as he seems determined to catch a nap in between snips of the scissors - but each time he manages to jerk himself awake in the cutest manner.

At one point, the hairdresser moves Logan's head forward so his chin touches his chest, so she can trim near his neck, and the toddler seems to go out like a light.

'Logan...Logan?' says mom, moving the camera closer to her dozing tot. 'Yep, he is out.'

But just a second later, little Logan twitches his little feet and jerks himself awake, looking bleary-eyed while mom laughs again.

'This is his first big boy haircut!' exclaims mom. 'And look at what a big boy he's being.'

After a series of more tiny head-nodding by sleepy Logan, the haircut is all finished. The hairdresser asks him: 'What do you think Logan? What do you think cutie pie? Do you love it?'

Opening his eyes wide, the adorable little man gives his nod of approval. But the wakefulness doesn't last as the hairdresser goes off to fetch some hair product and Logan promptly drifts off again. Logan's dad asks: 'Are you sleepy, Logan?' to which the little boy replies: 'No.'

As the styling portion of the appointment begins, the soothing massage of the product into his brown locks leaves him so relaxed that his little head begins to fall back in the chair again.

There must be something in the air at that salon, as a similar video posted last year featuring a little boy named Miles, from Hawaii, having troubles keeping his eyes open during his hairdresser appointment at what appears to be the same location - with the same colored walls and an identical safari cape.
