‘Peep show’: Robert Pattinson and FKA twigs appear to be spicing things up with a trip to a very saucy London venue… but is all as it seems?

Rumours have surface that while they're still engaged, the couple have called off plans to wed.

And on Saturday evening Robert Pattinson and FKA twigs appeared to be trying to add a bit of spice to their relationship, as they visited a saucy London venue proclaiming to be a 'peep show'.

But while the actor, 29, and singer, 27, looked to be entering a less-than savoury establishment, they were in fact stopping by Mexican eatery La Bodega Negro - situated in the heart of Soho.

The couple - who have been together since meeting last year - were seen meeting a group of friends outside the trendy eatery, which is disguised by a risqué façade.

Sporting a bushy and unkempt beard Robert was hardly recognizable from his most famous role in Twilight as clean cut vampire Edward Cullen.

Wearing a dark jacket, jeans and brogues, the London-born actor cut a casual figure - although the addition of a black baseball cap seemed to imply that he wanted to keep a low-profile.

Meanwhile award-winning singer twigs appeared to have made a quick change from the daring safety pin dress she wore to the Versace party in Bloomsbury earlier on in the evening.

With her curly hair pinned up into a flowing bun, the Two Weeks singer cut a much more casual yet still stylish figure in a black PVC mac, yellow jumper, jeans and heels.

Greeting friends with a hug, the couple seemed at ease in the busy streets of London - chatting animatedly as their group assembled outside the restaurant.

Earlier on in the evening, twigs showcased her unique and daring sartorial style when she attended the Versace fashion party for London Fashion Week.

The avant-garde performer, real name Tahliah Debrett Barnett, pulled out all the stops in a very sexy dress by the designer which had a cut out section at the cleavage held together with safety pins.

The number was a homage to the famous dress worn by Elizabeth Hurley in 1994 by the same designer, which garnered headlines to the sexy nature of the design.

FKA teamed the modern take on the high-end fashion item with a pair of sexy heels and added some rock and roll edge with a leather jacket slung over one shoulder. 

She wore her hair in pretty ringlets and accessorized with a pair of drop earrings which added a touch of glamour. 

Once inside the fashion show, FKA was seated alongside Donatella Versace herself as the pair bonded over their love of style.

Donatella, 60, was dressed in a classic floral maxi number as she cosied up to Robert Pattinson's squeeze.

The show was a star-studded one with Irina Shayk, Lottie Moss, Vanessa White and Paloma Faith all in attendance. 

Meanwhile, it's been reported by People, that FKA's much talked about wedding to Robert Pattinson has been called-off and is no longer happening - although they are believed to still be engaged.

It has been alleged that the couple, who appeared to confirm their rumoured engagement at the Met Gala in May, 'have barely spoken' in recent weeks.

The Twilight star has been shooting The Lost City Of Z for Brad Pitt's Plan B production company since early August while twigs has been hanging out in Los Angeles.

According to People, the long-distance factor now appears to be putting a strain on the two.

A source told the publication that their 'wedding is off the agenda,' although 'they haven't called off the engagement.'

'They've definitely drifted and have barely spoken while he's in Belfast and she's been in the States,' the source added.

And while it is not known if the latest rumours in the long-standing are they/aren't they sage are true, twigs has certainly got the backing of her possible future parents-in-law.

As it's been claimed that Robert's parents, Clare and Richard, are said to much prefer her to Rob's previous love, Kristen Stewart.

Earlier this year, a source is quoted as saying: 'They think she’s great for him, and are happy that it wasn’t Kristen in the end because they didn’t have the same feeling for her they have for Twigs.

'It’s no secret that Robert’s sisters Lizzy and Victoria found it especially difficult to communicate with Kristen and build a relationship with her. However, Twigs is far more open and easy to get on with.'
