All white now! Renée Bargh sparkles in glamorous frock at the 67th annual Emmy Awards... just minutes after major wardrobe malfunction

Janet Jackson, Khloe Kardashian and Jennifer Garner have all experienced the horrors of a televised wardrobe malfunction, but luckily for Renée Bargh she narrowly avoided disaster.

On her arrival at the 67th Emmy Awards, you wouldn't have guessed the Extra co-host and former Channel [V] presenter had suffered a string of fashion hiccups prior to showtime, which she divulged on social media.

Just minutes before she was due to step out onto the red carpet, Renée revealed to her 65,000 Instagram followers that the entire zip had detached itself from her gown.

'It does take a village,' she says in the video, and showed the four people working to put the frock back together.

She then joked in the video caption: 'I'm never getting out of this dress - sewed in!'

When the Australian beauty did make her entrance however, signs of the nightmarish incident were nowhere to be seen.

The dazzling floor-length white number showed off just a little bit of her amazing legs thanks to a thigh-high split.

The bespoke off-the-shoulder design came from Australian designer Daniel Avakian, whose neck scarves have been spotted on some of the most inimitable fashion identities.

Renée's supremely sexy over-the-knee lace-up stilettos, which peaked out from the split, had also given her grief.

The 28-year-old explained the glitch: 'After a major wardrobe malfunction we made it to the carpet just in time & I'm aware my shoes aren't laced right - it was a panic!' she wrote.

Her bronde locks, the most talked about hair trend since balayage, were sleekly smoothed back behind her ears with a simple side-part, which allowed her sparkling diamond studs to shine through.

The certified health coach made a name for herself in her home country as a host for cable music station, Channel [V] as the co-host for What You Want, the studio's countdown show.

She moved to Los Angeles in 2010 and became Extra’s weekend co-host and correspondent.
