Cara Delevingne showed off her supermodel credentials when she was pictured at LAX airport on Saturday wearing a very sexy pair of short shorts.

She tried to go unnoticed as she made her way into the terminal, wearing a very trendy camouflage jacket which was almost as long as her bottoms.

Just to hammer the point home, the 23-year-old also opted for camouflage trainers in contrasting black and white, as the fash pack celebrate London Fashion Week back home.

Amp up your accessories with a velvet backpack like Cara

Cara Delevingne is the undisputed queen of accessories.

From kooky round eye shades to bunny shaped trainers the model has given us plenty of style inspiration.

And this ensemble is no exception. While we're digging the camouflage print jacket and trainers, we think the most wearable (and drool-worthy) part of this outfit is that opulent velvet backpack.

It's by cool French label Sandro and we love the forest green hue and gold hardware design. And of course, you can never go wrong with a bit of velvet when it comes to your arm candy!

Sadly this exact bag is now sold out, but the trend for velvety soft backpacks lives on. Just browse through our favorite lookalikes below. From Street Level to Marc by Marc Jacobs, we've got all budgets covered.

It's been a testing week for Cara who was forced to defend herself following actor Richard Madden's less than flattering comments about her in an interview.

The Scottish actor clearly struck a raw nerve when he said she had 'showed her age' and came across as being 'ungrateful' during tense run-in with the hosts of on Good Day Sacramento.

Cara hit back at Game Of Thrones star Richard Madden after he branded her 'unprofessional' over an infamously awkward interview she appeared in earlier this year.

The fuming clothehorse sent an angry message to his Twitter page, saying: 'I have no idea who you are but I think it's little desperate for a grown man to be bad mouthing someone they don't know.'

And she was not finished there, as soon after Cara said: 'If you really want attention that badly, try focusing on your own work and not other people's.'

The Cinderella actor later seemed to backtrack on his original comments, insisting his words were taken out of context.

Writing on his Twitter page, he said: 'Hi @caradelevingne, nothing but respect for you. Misquoted and blown out of proportion.'
