She flashed her black knickers beneath her stunning blue split gown at the Vogue Party during London Fashion Week on Friday night.

And two days on following the bold faux pas, Lily Cole decided to cover up in chic ensemble as she attended the Louis Vuitton after-party, held at Lou Lou’s in the British capital.

The 27-year-old - who recently became a first-time mother - looked absolutely sensational in a classy blush pink coat and a flowing floral skirt.

She styled her evening even further with a pale peach blouse and a designer blue leather handbag, while strolling along the streets in coordinating boots.

With her red luscious locks left loose around her shoulders, Lily toughened up her look with deep plum lips and well-defined eyes.

Earlier on in the week, she appeared to be revelling in her evening so much that she seemed unaware that her lacy underwear was on show.

The Moth Diaries actress showcased her slim post-pregnancy figure in a billowing bandeau design, which she unconventionally teamed with designer trainers.

On her way into the event the model shielded herself from the cold beneath a powder pink collared coat.

However after removing her jacket and mingling with guests, including fashion designers Erdem Moralioglu and Osman Yousefzada, Lily suffered a slight wardrobe malfunction as the gown's thigh-high split stretched up well beyond her lean limb.

Meanwhile, the Cambridge graduate, who met boyfriend Kwame Ferraira, in 2012 when they worked together, recently revealed her daughter's birth with a gushing post on Twitter: 'Delighted to say we had a little girl.'

The couple announced that they were expecting their first child together in March.

The flame-haired beauty used her very own site, Impossible.com, to share the news with a simple message written on a Post-It note along with a toy dinosaur that said: 'I am having a baby'.

Lily met Kwame when she was in the process of developing her website Impossible.

Speaking of her excitement, she said on her website: 'The first known impossible baby is being born!'

Kwame is the 36-year-old founder and CEO of Kwamecorp, a global innovation company that consults for technology giants including Samsung and Intel.

The pair met in 2012 and consulted on the website, which first launched at her old university of Cambridge.
