Tottenham Hotspur's Andros Townsend has shared with his 295,000-strong Twitter following an hilarious gaffe made by girlfriend Hazel O'Sullivan.

Townsend had his social media following in stitches on Friday after screenshotting the moment Hazel believed the winger had been fined by his club after seeing a Football Manager grab on Twitter.

The 24-year-old tweeted a picture of the WhatsApp conversation with model Hazel, alongside the Football Manager picture which had originally confused her, before writing, '@FootballManager do you wanna tell her or shall I? @Hazelosullivan1.'

The football management simulation game's Twitter account then replied, '.@andros_townsend @Hazelosullivan1 Think we'll leave this one to you mate.'
