They've been flooding Instagram with photo suggesting they could be in a relationship.

Now 44-year-old Jodhi Meares and 28-year-old Nick Finn are demonstrating what their life would be like as a family of three.

The leggy ex-wife of billionaire James Packer, and her handsome young man, looked the picture of domestic bliss in a new snap with Jodhi's godson.

The black-and-white photo, taken over the weekend but shared on Tuesday, shows Nick with one arm wrapped protectively around Jodhi, and another holding the adorable blonde-haired godson.

The Upside designer, who split with fiancé rocker Jon Stevens earlier this year following an alleged domestic dispute, looks content as she closes her eyes and leans into her new love.

'My angels @nicholasfinn_ @roskotb #mygodson #him #love #nyc,' she captioned the post.

Over the weekend, the Australian fashion icon shared another photo from the New York City night.

'Motley crew NYC,' she captioned the earlier post, in which she is standing between Nick, a girl friend, and behind her smiling godson.

The snap, also black-and-white filtered, shows Nick's forearm tattoos.

Hailing from Melbourne originally but now based in New York, the photographer and actor also boasts chest tattoos and a nose ring.

Friends of the pair have confirmed to Woman's Day their relationship, saying Jodhi is happy to flaunt her new love to show that she's moved on from Jon.

In February, police were called to Jodhi and Jon's Point Piper home after reports of a domestic argument.

According to the weekly magazine, the incident reportedly first kicked off after Jodhi discovered a series of text messages on Jon’s phone.

She suffered minor injuries to her wrist, and Jon was later charged with assault.
