So it's not surprising that actress Salma Hayek cut a dash when she appeared at a Downing Street reception to London Fashion Week on Tuesday.

The brunette beauty, 49, attended the bash at the seat of British politics, where she was joined by a host of stylish celebrities.

The brunette beauty proudly put her figure on full display as she made her arrival in central London.

Salma looked absolutely stunning in a snakeskin-effect dress, which she matched with a leather jacket and matching clutch purse.

The Frida actress teamed the look with a pair of skyscraper heels, ringlets and flattering make-up.

Joined by her husband, Francois Henri Pinault, she certainly appeared to be loved-up. 

Posing up a storm with her handsome man, she smouldered as she prepared to party alongside Prime Minister and his fashionista wife, Samantha.

He too looked dapper in a black jacket, white shirt and matching trousers, which perfectly complimented his wife's style approach.

Anna, who was joined by a handsome male suitor, was typically stylish in a leopard-print coat, smart trousers and nude shoes.

Smiling as she posed in front of the famous front door, she cut a classy figure with her standard symmetrical bob.
