Page Six reports that the two were spotted getting close at a sixth anniversary party for SPiN last Friday which Barbara hosted alongside Sarandon and designer Prabal Gurung.

'They met a year ago at a movie premiere, but things didn’t really kick off till four months ago,' said a source.

'Things escalated from talking to dating. They looked like a couple very much in love.'

The relationship is getting so serious in fact that Bush, 33, is apparently getting ready to introduce her new man to the family, something she started on Friday when she was joined by sister Jenna and her husband Henry Hager at SPiN's anniversary bash.

Former first lady Laura Bush will meet her daughter's love interest this week it is being reported, but there is no word on when President Geroge W. Bush will be getting to know his daughter's new friend.

That may be for the best as Raharinosy, 40, has quite a reputation with the ladies.

In a 2009 profile in the New York Observer, friend and business partner Bill Mack said; 'Franck can’t be stopped. He’s the type of dude who’s going to meet a girl at a club and make out with her - or have sex with her in the bathroom.'

Mack went on to say that the men used to throw a twice-weekly Naked Ping-Pong party and 'that there was a steady flow of women in and out of Franck’s room... He’s definitely had sex on the Ping-Pong table. His numbers are really high.'

When asked about his rumored exploits, Raharinosy said: 'I’m attracted to beautiful women and great people in general.'

Nicknamed the 'Prince of Madagascar' by his pals because of his loose ties to the royal family on the African island nation, Raharinosy lives atop the swank National Arts Club in a penthouse overlooking New York City's Gramercy Park.

Friends claim his ways with the ladies have cooled down recently, and call his relationship with Bush 'low-key but serious'.

It is Bush's first serious relationship since she was linked with Panamanian graffiti artist Miky Fábrega.

She lives in New York when not travelling for her work on Global Health Corps, the nonprofit she founded in 2009.
