Surprise! Terrence Howard and estranged wife Mira Pak put on united front at Emmys after it was claimed last month they ended their marriage

It was reported last month that the two had secretly divorced.

But Terrence Howard, 46, and his estranged, 38-year-old wife Mira Pak, also known as Miranda Howard, put on a united front as they attended the 67th Emmy Awards on Sunday in LA.

The two were spotted arm-in-arm while coordinating in monochrome ensembles on the carpet.

Terrence donned a black suit teamed with a white blouse and black bow-tie while hiding his eyes with jet black shades.

Mira showed off her slim post-baby body in a thigh-high-slit black keyhole cut-out halter dress.

Neither appeared to be in high spirits, and it's perhaps due to tension on the home front.

Terrence has been involved in a lawsuit with second wife Michelle Ghent for several months.

And during his closing arguments in a Los Angeles court last month, it was revealed the Empire star secretly divorced his most recent spouse Mira, whom he welcomed a baby boy with this spring, the New York Daily News confirmed.

It was also learned that Pak has not lived with the TV star since August.

Mira began started divorce proceedings in March while still pregnant with her first child with the star, it was revealed in legal papers obtained by the site.

Pak had cited irreconcilable differences.

Their son Qirin Love was born in May.

Howard soon after shared a Twitter photo of the child with the caption reading, 'A mythical ½ dragon ½ lion who glides above the land so as not to harm even a blade of grass… meet Qirin Love!'

Terrence told Access Hollywood he and Mira named the child Qirin after the mythic Chinese creature, the qilin, which is believed to come before a time of prosperity.

'He's beautiful and strong and a whirlwind and my wife is so happy,' the actor said while promoting his hit Fox music drama at the Monte Carlo TV Festival in Monaco.

Howard and Pak wed in 2013 and announced her pregnancy in January.

Howard is in a lawsuit with Ghent over a settlement reached in 2012.

There have been claims that she blackmailed him.

He maintains that Ghent demanded a large divorce settlement or she would release embarrassing recordings of him dancing naked and having phone sex with other women.

Ghent's lawyers have said the relationship was fiery.

During Howard's testimony, Pak sat by the actor's side. The judge referred to her as the actor's 'ex-wife.'

A ruling on this case is due early next week.
