Sarah Jessica Parker, 50, cuts a casual figure as she walks her six-year-old twin girls to school in New York

She's doting mother to her adorable twin girls.

And on Monday Sarah Jessica Parker was in full she walked her daughters Marion and Tabitha to school.

The actress, 50, was clearly in a joyful mood as she took her six-year-old girls by the hand as they walked the New York City streets.

SJP stepped out in scrunched up sweatpants with a matching long-sleeved top over which she wore a sweater that matched the color of her clogs.

The fashion guru left her hair was loose and un-styled for the early morning outing but didn't forget her shades.

Her six-year-olds were dressed in colorful outfits and both had their long blonde hair braided into multiple plaits.

The Sex And The City star put her love of fashion to one side at the weekend as she joined her husband and son  at a baseball game. 

James, 12, giggled as he joined his famous parents at the Mets game wearing a team t-shirt.

He bore a striking resemblance to his fashionable mum as he wore his strawberry blonde hair in a swept back style.

The day before Sarah Jessica celebrated the launch of her SJP Collection of designer shoes at Bloomingdale's in Manhattan.

She was joined at the event by chief executive office of Manolo Blahnik George Malkemus III, with whom she collaborated on the collection.

And if all of that wasn't enough, the star is busy prepping for her return to television as the star of the HBO series Divorce.

Set in New York, she'll play a woman going through a divorce who begins to re-evaluate her marriage  and her life and discovers that making a clean break isn't all that easy.

Her co-stars include Thomas Hayden Church, Talia Balsam and Molly Shannon.
