The exercise-loving mother-of-two flaunted the fruits of her labour as she exhibited her incredibly toned figure - with rippling abs, lean legs and toned arms.

In one video Ryder and Kate launch themselves from the boat, in a clip that was captured in slow-motion while a Bob Marley song plays over the top.
