Nice stalks Rose! McGowan is all legs and attitude as she runs errands around Beverly Hills in short shorts

She's never one to shy away from showing a little skin.

And Rose McGowan kept up with appearances on Monday as she ran errands around Beverly Hills.

The 42-year-old put her creamy thighs on display in a pair of short shorts as she paraded around the upscale neighbourhood.

The saucy starlet sported a bowling shirt and high top trainers as she skipped down a steep curb, proving her legs were not made just for looks.

The Planet Terror damsel kept her short cropped hair slicked back for a more masculine appearance.

But she proved she is a domestic goddess as well, not just a Hollywood diva, as she picked up her clothes from the cleaner.

Step up your style in some DKNY sneaker wedges

These shoes are a three-time offender for Rose! Although there is nothing offensive about them at all-- we love this shoe.

Rose rocked a surprisingly low-key look while out and about in Beverly Hills. The actress is usually spotted in form-fitting, skin-baring ensembles while walking the red carpet, but when it comes to her days off, McGowen goes for something appropriately more dressed down.

But just because Rose chooses to go casual, don't think her outfit doesn't still offer a major visual impact! McGowan went for a simple tank black and white tuxedo blazer and shorts with a pair of DKNY wedge sneakers for a fresh look. While wedge sneakers are nothing new, these kicks have a monochromatic pop that sets then apart from the rest.

You can get your own pair of sneakers similar to Rose's over at DKNY for a remarkably reasonable price! Or take a peek at some of our wedges below and get strutting in style!

It's been a wild few months for the Jawbreaker actress, who in June tweeted her thoughts on some sexist casting notes she had been sent for an audition, noting that the name of the male star 'rhymes with Madam Panhandler.'

She spoke with BuzzFeed about the tweet, which went viral, as well as its repercussions, which include her agency - Innovative Artists - dropping her.

'This town is a very patriarchal figure,' Rose said, adding: 'And I was raised here. By nobody. So I was raised basically by the men in this industry. How to be, what not to do - what to do. I was always like, f*** your rules. You suck... I'm assembling an army.'

After the fallout with Innovative, Rose decided to swap out her acting manager for a manager for directing.

She also recently helmed the short film Dawn , which scored a Grand Jury Prize nod at the Sundance Film Festival.

She's next set to make her feature directorial debut with an 'art thriller' called The Pines, which she hopes to begin shooting in upstate New York this fall.
