Rose McGowan's bizarre new music video sees star stripped naked, wearing avant garde, tribal and bondage style costumes then transforming into a devil

She's an actress, an artist and now a singer.

And if the thought of Rose McGowan warbling a few tunes is weird enough, her music video is down right bizarre.

The 42-year-old actress has utlised the talents of Jonas Ackerlund for her foray into another field, and it is interesting, weird, disturbing and very, very strange.

The track, called RM486  see Rose whispering and speaking, as well as singing over a backing track of intense sweeping chords.

It opens with the actress peeling off layers of alabaster plaster off of her body, to reveal herself naked, bright white, with no hair and jet blue black eyes.

She moves her hands in elegant gestures as she whispers: 'I've seen things, you can't imagine, on the shoulder of Orion.'

As she begins to sing, the star is then seen in a heavy lace veil, with an emerald green coloured studded colour on.

She appears to have taken some inspiration from the evil clown in Poltergeist 

Her face is covered in deep green sweeps of glitter, which sits below her eyes, with smears of cerise pink on her lips and what almost looks like gouged black scars from her mouth to the top of her cheek bones.

The overall look is one of hideous, warped beauty, with the former Charmed star showcasing heavy black eyebrows.

She then dons a bejewelled mask which seems to have taken it's inspiration from Balinese gods and deities, as well as the devil.

Around her neck and face is a cerise stained layered fabric which does appear to have some kind of strange sexual connotation. 

There is no doubt Rose has picked up some tips from her ex boyfriend Marilyn Manson for the making of the video.

The actress also seems to have taken a few leaves out of the book of the film Powder, and as well as Brooke Candy in Opulence.
