Super-fit Chloe Madeley posts revealing selfie to Instagram... as she reveals she is 'confused' over lack of weight loss 

Chloe Madeley continued to show off the results of her fitness regime with a very revealing selfie on Tuesday, after expressing her insecurities about her gym-honed figure.

Wearing nothing but a sports bra and a skimpy thong, the 28-year-old displayed her sculpted body via Instagram, as she lamented that she had gone up two dress sizes, from an eight to a ten.

Chloe also took to her Fitness Fondue blog, to explain she felt 'confused' that despite her hard work, she had only lost 1lb in one week.

Posing in nothing but a sports bra and a thong, the scantily-clad personal trainer - who is currently dating England rugby star James Haskell - showed off her toned body in the mirror.

Obviously not keen on her start to the morning, Chloe hid most of her aspect by sweeping her mane of blonde hair over one side of her face while pulling a far from happy expression. 

Flashing plenty of flesh, the personal trainer not only showcased her washboard abs and pert derriere, but she also inadvertently flaunted her gym-toned thighs and biceps - thanks to her pose.

Keeping her blog and social media followers up-to-date with her slimming progress, Chloe wrote: 'SO, week two, down just over one pound, just under one kilogram [sic].

But it seems that Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan's daughter is far from happy with her weight progress, as she bemoaned: 'Normally, week one of a new plan is a two-three pound loss for me, so I wasn’t thrilled this morning [sic].

'However, when you are already quite lean, be it at the start or end of a fat loss plan, big numbers are unlikely. So I’m keeping my chin up and changing a thing or two this week.

Although the sculpted rugby wag was obviously feeling positive about the next stage of her fitness plan, as she optimistically wrote: 'I’m hoping that by next week I will have shifted between one and two pounds [sic].'

And while Chloe is still very much a toned woman, it seems her recently more relaxed attitude toward her weight loss has left her feeling 'insecure'.

Opening up to Closer magazine earlier on this month about letting up a little on her diet, the blonde health blogger said: 'I don't feel as confident and am a bit insecure now.

'I'm probably bigger now than when I first started shaping up, but that's mainly because of all the muscle I have.'

But it seems she's eager to slip back down to a size eight as her 'strict diet' shows; with the healthy beauty devouring oats and protein for breakfast, lean meats and vegetables for dinner and nuts and fruits as snacks.

'I am determined to get into my leanest shape,' the personal trainer and health blogger told the magazine determinedly.
