Clarkson, 55, opted for a smart casual style in a tan blazer, white checked shirt and denim jeans for the outing, with Hammond adopting a similar look.
Also sporting a jeans and blazer combination, the 45-year-old changed up the colour scheme instead rocking a pink shirt and navy jacket.
The duo seemed in cheerful spirits as they left the lunch spot before hopping into a Volkswagen Golf and driving off together.

Jeremy and Richard, along with motoring enthusiast James May, have been busy working on their new show, for which a name is yet to be unveiled.
It's heavily speculated that the show will be titled Gear Knobs after Buzzfeed uncovered a trademark application for the tongue in the cheek name by Clarkson's lawyers, Olswang.
It's claimed the application was made a two weeks after the broadcaster announced a deal worth a reported £160 million to make a new series with Amazon.

Meanwhile, Clarkson will make his return to the BBC to present the first episode of Have I Got News For You when the new series returns to BBC One on October 2.
The journalist pulled out of the last series of the satirical panel show following the furore over his fracas with Top Gear producer Oisin Tymon.
The incident reportedly saw the producer have his lip split in a 30-second-long assault on March 4, resulting in a trip to the hospital.
