Claire Danes shows off her svelte frame in tight tank top and burnt orange pencil skirt as she attends Homeland photocall
She narrowly missed out on an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress In A Drama Series at the weekend.
But Claire Danes was on fine form as she stepped out for the Homeland photocall at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The 36-year-old actress, who plays CIA agent Carrie Mathison in the hit US series, had her head held high as she posed for photos at the event.

Embrace Fall fashion in a suede midi skirt like Claire
Claire Danes looked perfectly polished when she appeared at an event to promote the latest season of her TV series, Homeland.
The talented actress wore a look by Brock Collection from their Spring 2016 runway show. The grey sleeveless top and suede midi skirt were a simple yet chic choice, especially when teamed with a pair of pointy toe pumps.
The fairly young label that consists of husband and wife design team Kris Brock and Laura Vassar offers a fresh take on minimalism with refreshingly relaxed silhouettes, classic prints and a refined color palette.

The mum-of-one looked beautiful in a grey marl tank top which she teamed with a burnt orange pencil skirt.
She teamed the suede skirt with white, semi-sheer stilettos as she posed with her hands on her hips at the press event.
Her soft blonde tresses loose dusted over her shoulders and she rounded off her chic but understated daytime look with rosy cheeks and a subtle dark pink lip.

The upcoming fifth series kicks off two years since the events of season four, and Carrie is working at a private security firm in Berlin having settled into true domesticity.
However, going by the high-octane preview trailer, it appears the mother-of-one won't stay away from the company for long.
The notion is substantiated by clips of Carrie's former mentor Saul Berenson (Mandy Patinkin), seeking her out, as well as snaps of the 'old Carrie' surrounded by photographs of enemies, seemingly haunted by the last ten years of her life.

Carrie can be seen putting her toddler daughter to bed, cosying up to her boyfriend - new addition Jonas Happich - and enjoying a bike ride before her domestic bliss seems to come crashing down around her.
The former agent is aggressively sought out by Saul and other operatives in the video, before panicking that someone is after her.
She is then seen being ambushed by two men: one holding her arms back and the other placing a black sack over her head in broad daylight.
Fans in the US will have to wait until October 4 for new episodes of the series, which will air on Sundays at 9pm on Showtime. It's still unclear when the show will return to Channel 4 in the UK.
