She's just one month into her engagement with NHL star Brooks Laich. 

And on Wednesday, a casual lunch date in Culver City served as just another excuse for Julianne Hough to flash her incredible diamond engagement ring.

The 27-year-old looked casual in her clean white shirt that was knotted at the waistline over a long bohemian and blue maxi skirt.

The dancer's crisp and golden blonde hair skimmed over her shoulders, and she also donned a pair of large aviator sunglasses. 

Julianne finished off the summery look with a pair of suede ankle boots and a black backpack. 

Glamming up the look was a natural and flawless finish of foundation, as well as touches of blush high atop of her cheek bones.

She highlighted her bright blue eyes with eyeliner and mascara. 

Not seen with Julianne on Wednesday was her fiancé Brooks, who popped the question last month.

Julianne has no doubt been through the moon ever since announcing her engagement to boyfriend in August, and has not been shy about parading her stunning diamond ring.

'I'm just feeling so happy and blessed every moment of every day!' the Utah-born Mormon gushed to People last week.

'My favorite thing about being engaged is just a sense of warmth and just joy.'

Shortly after announcing her engagement,  the dancer-turned-actress showed off the symbolic accessory in full on her website, where she revealed that she was so besotted with the sparkler, she had yet to remove it from her finger.

'The ring itself makes me feel very feminine and takes my breath away every time I look down, which I can’t stop doing, by the way,' she wrote on her website.

She added: 'When it comes to taking it off, forget it. I'll even wake up in the middle of the night to make sure it’s still there! I never thought I'd be the girl sticking her hand out to her friends and screaming in unison but here I am, shrieking all over Los Angeles.' 

Meanwhile, Julianne will continue to be a presence on the small screen.

Aside from appearing on Dancing With The Stars as a judge,  the Paradise actress will play a bride-to-be in the horror-thriller Curve, which will be released straight-to-DVD on October 6.
