Blood On The Carpet

There's a real pantomime feel to the latest film in this gripping series, which tonight looks at the sausage trade.

Cheer our hero, Bill O'Hagan, a South African who was so appalled by what were served as sausages over here that he started making and selling his own.

Boo and hiss at Willem, his young Dutch apprentice, and Martin, Willem's trained chef and failed restaurateur uncle, who have since set up their own business.

O'Hagan claims that their recipes are strangely familiar.
