He's spent the best part of the past two weeks cementing his status as an upstanding member of the glam elite.

But all good things must come to an end and Brooklyn Beckham learned the hard way as he snapped back to reality following a glamorous few weeks frequenting all variety of Fashion Week parties in New York and London on Wednesday.

The well-connected teenager swapped the company of his showbiz pals for that of his long-standing nanny and his stylish streetwear ensembles for tracksuit bottoms as he was spotted visiting his local Waitrose supermarket in West London.

Snap back to reality: Brooklyn Beckham resumed everyday life on Wednesday with a trip to the supermarket, accompanied by his nanny, following his recent whirlwind tour of many a star-studded party at New York and London Fashion Weeks

Brooklyn, 16, cut a comfortable figure dressed in navy adidas jogging bottoms, a white motif T-shirt and black industrial-style boots as he accompanied his minder on a grocery run.

The avid photographer looked cool and collected as he resumed everyday life following his recent hobnobbing antics which saw him rub shoulders with Selena Gomez and Steve Tyler to name but a few.

He wore his hair in a fairly unstyled fashion and allowed his babysitter to take care of the shopping bags as he strode confidently out of the shop.

The social butterfly spent the first part of his evening at the premiere of a new short film by the World Land Trust.

The aspiring model joined a host of big names, including Sir David Attenborough, Henry Cavill, David Gandy and Nick Grimshaw at Dunhill London's Bourdon House.

He didn't let the rejection get him down as it meant he could join his mother and father in good time at the fashion designer's Mayfair flagship store where they were celebrating its first birthday.

Prior to his whistle-stop tour of the London party circuit, he joined his former Posh Spice mother at New York Fashion Week where he attended the Ralph Lauren showcase alongside Selena, 23, as well as Givenchy's Spring/Summer '16 catwalk with father-and-daughter pair Steve and Liv Tyler who are close family friends.
