The Animal Stars of Iceploration

Animals of Iceploration

Our brand new show has opened! After months of preparations and hard work all the elements that make Iceploration a unique and wonderful experience have come together, and we’re eager for you to see what we’ve been up to.

We have some very special animal stars who are sure to steal your hearts. They are as important as the human performers in telling the story of Austin who travels out to explore the world with his grandfather. These hard workers have a set training schedule every day, and since I work at the Moroccan Palace Theater I’ve been able to see them in action while they’ve been training.

Keesa the Siberian Lynx at Busch Gardens Iceploration

Meet Keesa, a gorgeous Siberian lynx. Really she’s just a big kitten, and her fur is as soft as a bunny. Isn’t she a beauty?

This is King, our Eurasian eagle owl. He’s a stunning fella, and once he figured out what was being asked of him in the show he became very consistent; a true performer.

Maji, Shivers, Journey, and Delilah are our four Siberian huskies that exhibit very distinct personalities. I’m partial to Delilah and Maji because they’ve both given me kisses, but they’re all outgoing and love attention. You’ll be able to meet them in person during the guest meet and greet after shows.

We also have a beautiful African Crowned Crane named Anastasia in our show.

While she is not pictured here (this is a different bird, same species) I must admit she is one of my favorites. She’s a smart, brave girl and I think you’ll agree she’s an amazing sight to see in full flight.

The loveable huskies are a guest favorite.

The trainers are very dedicated to their work with all the animals in our show. Crystal, Marie, and Jamie possess infinite patience and clearly love all the animals in their care. The rest of us have been given quite an education too in the dedication they possess for this demanding and rewarding job.

Be sure and check our showtimes and don’t be late. Doors close promptly at show time. You won’t want to miss a second of it.

Iceploration Pin

"Explore the world" with a limited-edition collectible pin, available exclusively for Busch Gardens Pass Members. The commemorative gold compass pin is available at select souvenir locations throughout the park for $5.95. A portion of the proceeds from this pin will be donated to the SeaWorld & Busch Gardens Conservation Fund.

We’re eager for your feedback so please let us know what you think of the show.
