She split from husband of 10 years Ben Affleck this summer and has since been bombarded with shocking reports that her spouse may have had a romance with their nanny.

So it's understandable that Jennifer Garner may have forgotten to eat.

On Thursday the 43-year-old Dallas Buyers Club actress showed off slender arms and sunken in cheeks as she exited a building in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles all by herself.

Usually the star goes makeup-free but on this day she had pretty pink lipstick on and her eyes had some shadow on. 

Though the two have no plans to reconcile, according to People, they have been spending time together.

On Monday they were side by side as they exited Nobu in Malibu. Before that they were seen in a car together driving through LA.

This slim down comes after a January interview with Yahoo Beauty where the movie star said she could not go on strict diets any longer.

'I dieted for so long in the middle of doing Alias and being a superhero, that there's something in me that can't do anything that extreme,' the Felicity vet said.

The Catch And Release actress added, 'I mean, believe me, there's always a point in the fitting where I feel like, "Why didn't I just try to lose four pounds and then I could wear any dress?" I just can't though.'

But the West Virginia raised star still does her best to maintain a lean frame.

'With food I'm probably good 80 percent of the time,' the beauty said.

Jennifer added that she eats 'a lot of salads.'

But still there are some foods she cannot give up. 'I've found out that I cannot pass up pizza without having some. I just can't!

'My kids have a lot of pizza. I can't go to a kid's birthday party without having a slice.'
