Benjamin McKenzie steps out after news he is expecting a baby with Gotham co-star Morena Baccarin as she debuts her bump on set
- Baccarin has also just won custody of her one-year-old son she had with estranged husband Austin Chick
Hours after it was revealed Morena Baccarin, 36, was pregnant with his child, Benjamin McKenzie was spotted out and about in New York City.
The 37-year-old actor ventured out Thursday night to drop by the Apple Store.
The OC vet was alone and seemed to be dressed to impress.

The hunk was spotted wearing a trim black suit with a dark burgundy, patterned tie.
He complemented the suit with a charcoal-colored button down and some distressed but still gleaming wingtips.
As is often the case, Ben was clean shaven, and his hair was gelled and parted to perfection on the right side.

Meanwhile, several pictures from the set of Gotham displaying Morena's growing bump have surfaced.
The homeland star can be seen wearing a long white coat, with both arms crossed over her belly.
The camouflaging of her ballooning belly seems to suggest that her pregnancy will not be part of a story line in the show.

Morena and Ben met on the set of Gotham when the former Homelands beauty joined the cast towards the end of last year.
People revealed the pair were dating on Monday, and they were seen at a number of events together over the Emmy's weekend.
The pair were spotted holding hands at the Fox party at Vibiana after the award ceremony on Sunday.

Benjamin plays Police Commissioner James Gordon on the show.
Meanwhile Morena, who was nominated for an Emmy for her role as Jessica Brody in Homeland, was introduced at the end of the first season as Dr. Leslie Thompkins.
The pair had actually worked previously together - they revealed to E! both starred on The O.C when Morena had a short stint on the show.

However Benjamin could not remember her role.
On Thursday TMZ reported Baccarin won custody of her one-year-old son she had with estranged husband Austin Chick.
Baccarin's attorney Samantha Spector told TMZ 'Chick will still be able to visit his son once a month for 8 days, but he has to give a 15-day-notice before making a trip.'
Chick will be able to bring his son back to LA every two months for an 8 day visit.
