Resurfacing: Clark, pictured in November 2013 in Beverly Hills, came back into the spotlight in 2005 when he claimed he had an affair with Paula Abdul during his time on the show
TMZ also cited the arrest report, where Monica claimed Corey began following her and once watched her from outside a restaurant for hours, where she was eating.
Corey was a handful of hopeful contestants in 2003 vying to be the next American Idol during the show's second season - a prize that ultimately went to Ruben Studdard.
The singer even made it to the top ten, however he was disqualified when it was discovered he had not revealed a prior arrest to producers.

Corey also released a book that year, They Told Me to Tell the Truth, So…(The Sex, Lies and Paulatics of One of America’s Idols).
However, Paula denied the claims and an investigation conducted found no evidence that she had romanced Corey, according to AP.
