She has one of the most enviable bodies in Hollywood but there was a time when one producer had concerns about how Sarah Jessica Parker was going to look on screen.

The Sex And The City star revealed Wednesday that she was once sent a treadmill to make sure she'd work out in the weeks leading up to the start of filming for the 1992 romantic comedy Honeymoon In Vegas.

'I was off to do another movie in Iowa and the producer of Honeymoon in Vegas was very concerned about me being fit for Honeymoon in Vegas. So, they sent a treadmill to Iowa,' she said during an interview on SiriusXM.

SJP made the revelation during an appearance on Radio Andy's My Favorite Song w/ John Benjamin Hickey.

She talked about why one of her favorite workout songs is C+C Music Factory's 1990 hit Everybody Dance Now.

'Just picture me running with a Discman,' the 50-year-old actress told Hickey.

The star of The First Wives Club explained she took the hint seriously.

Important time: The actress was 27 and making a TV movie on location before doing Honeymoon In Vegas. She said the producer sent the treadmill to her location set in Iowa and she worked out on it every day

'I would run to this the summer proceeding me leaving to go to Iowa and then ultimately go to Vegas and New York to shoot Honeymoon In Vegas,' Parker said.

'I would very diligently go out every single day and run like a lunatic to this song.'

The actress continued: 'And then when I went to Iowa, on the treadmill, I would continue to run to the song. And then we went to Vegas and I had a treadmill also in my room and I would get up every morning and run.'

Parker, who appeared in a string of movies and TV shows before finally getting noticed for her performance opposite Steve Martin in 1991's LA Story, was 27 at the time of the treadmill story.

She declined to name the producer who sent her the fitness machine and remarked that it had been an important time in her life and she was 'nothing if not amenable.'

SJP, who's married to actor Matthew Broderick and has three children James, 12, and six-year-old twins Marion and Tabitha, is famous for her fabulous figure.
