She may be on of the biggest models-of-the-moment, but that doesn't mean Kendall Jenner doesn't look up to the icons who came before her.

In a candid interview with Yahoo Beauty, the 19-year-old catwalk queen talked about her girl squad, shaving her legs in the car and the supermodels who inspire her.

The Estee Lauder spokesmodel, who gave the sit-down at Macy's New York flagship last week as she launched the brand's latest fragrance, said of her beauty inspirations: 'I think Cindy Crawford is awesome. I love her style.

'I also love Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, she always has the perfect face on.'

She said that it was difficult for her to name her favorite model of all time, but noted that Christy Turlington, 46, was definitely up there.

And when it comes to her close girl friends, Kendall revealed: 'I don’t like to have the biggest squad ever, just because I feel like that gets too complicated', but added that Gigi Hadid is one of her 'best friends'.

The reality star also named fellow models Cara Delevingne, 23, Bella Hadid, 18, and Hailey Baldwin, 18, as members of her crew.

Kendall, who recently walked the runway for Marc Jacobs and Diane von Furstenberg at New York Fashion Week, also talked about shaving her legs in the car on the way to DVF's presentation.

Asked about the moment, which was captured on video and posted to her 36.6 million Instagram followers, the teenage beauty said: 'You gotta do, what you gotta do.'

As for who is the most low maintenance of her famous sisters, Kendall replied: 'Me. No for real, for real, me. I’m definitely the most low maintenance.

'I was also obsessed with Ryan Gosling for a while', she shared, adding: 'Not that I’m not now.'

The model, who revealed her go-to karaoke artists were Aerosmith and Celine Dion, said she enjoys going out once in a while but prefers a cozy night hanging at home.

The supermodel, who is set to turn 20 on November 3, said she wasn't that excited for the milestone, confessing: 'I just want to stay in my teens.'
