Adriana Lima's modeling skills were put to the test in Los Angeles on Friday.

The 34-year-old Brazilian bombshell almost spilled out of her sleeveless floral dress several times as she patiently posed in the 100F early autumn heat while atop a vintage Cadillac convertible.

The shapely cover girl was shooting a campaign for Vogue Eyewear.
